Author Biography

Charles Siebert is a New York City-based journalist and poet who has written four books and contributed to the New York Times Magazine and the New Yorker, among others. His fascination with whales developed during a 2009 trip to Baja, Mexico, where he had many face-to-face encounters with Pacific gray whales.
