Beccy Hands (Author) Beccy Hands is a doula and massage therapist specialising in pre- and post-natal wellbeing. In 2017, she co-founded The Motherbox with Alexis Stickland - a company that supports women through their journey into motherhood with essential advice and nurturing wellbeing boxes. She lives with her two children and husband in sunny Brighton. Alexis Stickland (Author) Alexis Stickland is a midwife, antenatal teacher and mother of three children who has been supporting new mums and their families for over 12 years. She was motivated by her own personal experience to team up with her friend and colleague Beccy Hands to launch The Motherbox - a company that delivers beautiful boxes of nourishing treats and self-care advice to new mums.
