Melanie Barnes is the writer and photographer behind the Geoffrey and Grace blog - a home for slow, wholehearted and creative living. Well-being is at the heart of everything she does. She has always been guided by her body and what feels good. She shares her slow living rituals and well-being lessons to help you reclaim those precious moments of calm in your day. In order to truly slow down and experience those wonderfully wholehearted moments we need to first reconnect to our bodies.
