Author Biography
Laura Richards was born near Liverpool and grew up near Peterborough. She studied Spanish at university in Bristol and Zaragoza, Spain before moving to London to train as a journalist. She started out in the parenting sector before a drastic change of pace, writing about the bar, club and restaurant scene in London, most recently in her position as Digital Content Editor for Food & Drink at Time Out London. There she also acts as lead bar reviewer, visiting the latest launches to find scene-defining spots. Her search for the perfect Pina colada continues.
