Dr Paul Lambert BA LLB LLM, TMA, CTMA, Adjunct & Visiting Professor (Information Technology Law Institute; Manchester Metropolitan University), Qualified Lawyer, PhD, CDPO, Editor, Senior Consultant, has been publishing articles in legal and business journals (including the European Intellectual Property Review) on topics such as data protection, internet, intellectual property, law and policy for many years. He has published books in the US and Europe and spoken, written and been interviewed on these issues in the US, Europe and Asia. He is a Visiting Research Fellow, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London.
