Fiona McDonald is an Associate Professor within the Faculty of Law at Queensland University of Technology and is Co-Director of the Australian Centre for Health Law Research. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Bioethics at Dalhousie University, Canada. She teaches in the area of health law and ethics to law students and a range of health professionals. Shih-Ning Then is a Senior Lecturer within the Faculty of Law at Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Australian Centre for Health Law Research.
