Author Biography
Jacobus Donders is the Chief Psychologist at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is board-certified in Clinical Neuropsychology, Pediatric Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology. Scott J. Hunter is Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience and Pediatrics at the University of Chicago and Director of Neuropsychology for the University of Chicago Medicine and Comer Children's Hospital.
