Vicky Lawson (Author) DR VICKY LAWSON is principal health psychologist at Talking Therapies Southwark, and is the psychologist clinical champion for promoting the benefits of physical activity for Public Health England. She specialises in eating behaviour, physical activity and weight management. Jeremy Gauntlett-Gilbert (Author) DR JEREMY GAUNTLETT-GILBERT is principal clinical psychologist at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, Bath. He has worked as a psychologist in a range of physical health specialities.
