Reviews

extremely timely...a thorough and workmanlike exposition of the law of insider dealing and market abuse...immeasurably strengthened by the disparate experiences of the authors, with their particular experiences as practitioners in this highly specialist area of legal activity. -- Jonathan Fisher QC, General Editor * Lloyd's Law Reports: Financial Crime Part 5 June 2016 *
