Author Biography

Owen Williams heads up the Commercial & Private Client Litigation team at Clarke Willmott LLP specialising in the main in commercial and corporate disputes. In particular he deals with IT related disputes; tax litigation and shareholder/partnership disputes but also deals with a huge variety of other matters including Data Protection; Defamation; Contentious Trusts and Probate and general Contractual disputes and lectures on a number of these topics. He has a particular interest in the law of enforcement and a significant proportion of his practice relates to post-judgment enforcement action. Michelle Kemp, a general commercial litigator by background, is a professional support consultant at Clarke Willmott LLP providing advice to colleagues and clients on a wide range of substantive and procedural law.
