Reviews'Lientz has produced a focused book that will provide a significant contribution to the IT project professional and the IT project management student. Its unique structure provides an excellent guide for the implementation of project management tools and techniques in IT, offering a pragmatic balance between project methodologies, experience, and common sense.' - Dr Christos Tsinopoulos, Lecturer in Operations and Project Management, Durham University, UK 'This is one of the first books to relate IT project management to the major project management methodologies. The book is very well organized and improves on what was already a very good book in the previous edition. The chapters on project management issues address many of the most common problems faced in IT projects. It should be part of any IT manager's and project leader's library.' - Edmund Gray, Omni Business Solutions, Ireland
