David Ferguson was born and brought up in Scotland. He has been working in China as a journalist since 2006. Living in China made him realise the previous Western stereotyped visions of China is, to some extent, distorted. Mr Ferguson has been in direct contact with Chinese people and understands the people's dream of building a community with a shared future.
