Richard Pears is an Academic Liaison Librarian at Durham University Library, UK. He has worked in academic and public libraries for over fifteen years, delivering research skills training to students in all academic stages. Graham Shields was Learning Advisor at the University of Cumbria Library and Student Services, UK. He worked in academic libraries for over thirty years.
