Greville Stewart Parker Freeman-Grenville, FSA, FRAS, is a longtime professor and lecturer in African, Middle Eastern, and Islamic studies. Now retired, he has a bibliography of close to 600 items.. Stuart Christopher Munro-Hay, FSA, FRAS, FRNS, is author and contributor of numerous books and articles specializing in African, Far Eastern, and Islamic studies.
