Description

Charles Handy and his landmark books have changed the way we think about work and the world around us. In the second of four classics, he offers profound observations about the world that lies ahead and helps us search for meaning in our personal and professional lives. The book ranges widely over business, family, education, citizenship, money, relationship, and myriad other subjects that touch the very core of our search for meaning and argues that, although the paradoxes of modern times cannot be solved, they can be managed.
