Daniel Cohen is director of the Economics Department at the Ecole Normale Superieure and founding member of the Paris School of Economics. His books include The Infinite Desire for Growth (Princeton), Globalization and Its Enemies, and The Prosperity of Vice: A Worried View of Economics. He lives in Paris.
