Description
Bringing together the authors's experience of working in Europe, the United States, and Australia, this book includes the latest rites for welcoming adults into church membership, together with a detailed account of the Adult Catechumenate and the way in which adults may make a journey into faith, making commitment at the right time on the way and following through into discipleship.

Reviews'I am delighted to commend this book as a valuable resource for clergy and lay people who accompany enquirers and new Christian on the early stages of the journey in faith.' The Rt. Reverend Dr. David Stancliffe "Here is a clear and careful guide to the theory and practice of accompanying enquirers on their way to faith. Any parish using Alpha or Emmaus courses will find their work enriched by this book."--Church Times, 20 April 2001
