He supported global American Express businesses and led the offshore voice processes for US, Canada, UK, Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand at both Amex's proprietary as well as partner locations across Asia. Having lead large businesses and huge teams Satindra is well versed with processes and practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness. As a facilitator he brings rich experience from his previous stints and facilitates powerful learning sessions for teams and senior leadership for organizations including Kellogg's, MetLife, ICICI, Hafele, Indus Towers, Timken and Family Credit.
