Reviews

The best way to teach history to children is by being honest about the gory lusts of our ancestors... unlike the Horrible Histories series, this one book gives us all the important bits of British history boiled down to palatable chunks... and it's perfectly illustrated. I'd have loved this when I was younger Waterstones Books Quarterly In just 125 pages you will zoom through time, from the Ice Age to today Sunday Express
