Tony Mitton has been writing since he was 9. He began writing specifically for children while still working as a primary school teacher. He now works full-time as a writer and sometimes performs his poems in schools and libraries. Ant Parker is the illustrator of the bestselling Amazing Machines picture books. He studied drawing and printing at the Bath Academy of Art in England and has taught papermaking, printing, and bookbinding workshops for children.
