Author Biography

Kate Messner is a middle school teacher and the award-winning author of several books for young readers, including Sea Monster's First Day. She lives on Lake Champlain with her family. Christopher Silas Neal is an award-winning illustrator who regularly contributes to the New York Times. He works and lives in Brooklyn.
