Description

AN END TO PANIC describes the latest treatments for panic disorder. Simply-written and arranged, and with step-by-step instructions, the book first explains how panic builds up, and then becomes a hands-on guide to recovery. People who panic are as terrified by their panic symptomsa racing heartbeat, dizziness, hot flushes, loss of controlas much, if not more than they are by the object of their anxiety. AN END TO PANIC teaches readers to feel the symptoms of anxiety without the anxiety itself, along with ways to cope with stress and conflict, fearful situations, and avoiding relapse.
