Description
Ages 3 to 8 years One autumn day Horace and Hattie are watching the leaves fall when they hear a squeak... who could it be? It's autumn and Hattie is upset that the trees will soon be bare. Horace tries to cheer her up when they hear a squeak; it's a little bat and he wants to play! While playing, the last leaf falls but the bat and his family pick up the leaves and hang them back on the tree.
Author Biography
This husband and wife team live in a little cottage in Devon with their two daughters. Lucy Tapper is an illustrator and entrepreneur. She is never without her sketchbook and pencil. Steve Wilson is a television presenter and author, with a long history in kids TV and music. Their combined talents created the adorable Hedgehugs series of books and products, starring Horace & Hattie. Authors of: Hedgehugs, Horace and Hattiepillar, Hopping Hot and Hide and Squeak Lucy Tapper is an illustrator and entrepreneur. Lucy started creating and developing her unique product ideas in her head whilst watching her young children play daily in their greenhouse. This is where she first came up with the idea for Hedgehugs. Her and her husband, Steve, now run a successful online shop, which sells Lucy's beautiful artwork as personalised gifts.
