Author Biography
Michelle Worthington is an internationally published award-winning author of empowering picture books for children of all ages. Her goal is to inspire children to believe in themselves and encourage reluctant readers to fall in love with books. Two-time winner of the International Book Award for Childrens Hardcover Fic on and finalist in the USA Best Book Awards and Book Excellence Awards, Michelle also received a Gelle Burgess Award for Childrens Literature and a Silver Moonbeam Award for her contribution to celebrating diversity in picture books. Author and/or illustrator of five CBCA Notable Books, Andrew Plant is an internationally published creator of picture books for children from preschool to secondary school. He loves stories that are unusual and challenging and look at the world from a different angle. He is passionate in encouraging children to fall in love with books and reading. He also designs and paints theatre sets and murals, and so rarely has a brush out of his hands.
