A New Zealand sounds story for young children! Eardrop's Journey: Sounds of the Country follows Eardrop and The Farmer as they feed the animals and explore the farm - all along the way discovering many exciting sounds. Eardrop's Journeys are fun audio stories for preschoolers. Each CD in the range (Sounds of the Country, Sounds of the Home and Sounds of the City) is designed to help develop language and listening skills in young children. Listening is a major component of good communication. Eardrop's Journey: Sounds of the City is a unique learning resource and is a great way to introduce young children to the everyday sounds of our world.

Liz Donnelly is a Children's Media Specialist with an MA (hons) in Film, Television & Media. Liz has conducted research into New Zealand's preschool media landscape and the traditional mediums of drama and storytelling for children. Prior to creating Eardrop's Journeys, Liz worked in the TV industry as Producer, Writer, Children's Media Analyst and Children's Programmer.
