She is always busy cooking up more books and you can visit her on the web at www.megmckinlay.com Nathaniel Eckstrom is an illustrator based in Sydney, Australia. Reviewsa humorous story with excellent illustrations * Child Blogger * Duck! is awesome. * AllThingsMomSydney * Duck! is a humorous picture book story about word play and confusing messages. Young readers will love the silliness of Duck's dilemma - and the other animals' inability to heed the warning as a tornado bears down on them. Picture clues will let readers in on what is happening, and the digital and acrylic illustration are filled with enough humour to make the characters endearing and the situation amusing. Lots of fun in a story that will be requested again and again. -- Sally Murphy * AussieReviews * With funny and charming illustrations, Duck! is a fun book, perfect for reading aloud together. * Blog of Dad * "Duck!" by Meg McKinlay is reminiscent of the tale of Henny Penny and her falling sky and is a fun and surprising story that will be read over and over again. * ReadPlus * A good laugh and read-aloud for juniors. Adults will see the bigger picture although some may not. * Bob's Book Blog * Exceptionally entertaining for young and old. * Boomerang Books * An interesting story that has layers for further discussion... * Sharon Greenaway Reviews *
