She has helped children plant and nurture over 6,000 trees. Margaret Tolland is a New Zealand artist and teacher, currently serving as the Education Coordinator at Pataka Museum of Arts and Cultures. She was a finalist in the 2014 New Zealand Book Awards for Children and Young Adults.
