Author Biography

Steven Grant has written Captain America, Incredible Hulk, Master of Kung Fu, Spidey Super Stories and more. In 1985, he penned the first Punisher miniseries, revisiting the character in several Holiday Special stories and the graphic novel Return to Big Nothing. Grant has also written First Comics' American Flagg, Shatter and his creator-owned Whisper. Also renowned as an editor on both long-running and short-lived series, Jo Duffy has written runs of Power Man and Iron Fist, Marvel Team-Up, Wolverine and others. In addition, she regularly penned Marvel's adaptations of Star Wars, Conan the Barbarian and Akira. Duffy wrote the New Mutants tie-in miniseries Fallen Angels and cowrote several Speedball stories from Steve Ditko's plots. Her later work includes DC's Catwoman and Image's Glory. Mike Zeck regularly drew Master of Kung Fu, Power Man and Iron Fist, Spectacular Spider-Man and other hits of the late 1970s. He joined J.M. DeMatteis on a remarkable Captain America run, reviving Baron Zemo, Nomad and Deathlok. In Secret Wars, he helped introduce the alien costume that eventually became a component of Venom; reuniting with DeMatteis, he drew the groundbreaking "Kraven's Last Hunt" storyline for the Spider-Man titles. He has also drawn DC's Aquaman, Green Lantern, Lobo and others. Mike Vosburg's career at Marvel started in the now-rare black-and-white magazines of the 1970s, including Deadly Hands of Kung Fu and Vampire Tales. He was the regular penciler for Savage She-Hulk, Cloak and Dagger and other series, also doing work in the Epic and New Universe lines. Vosburg is equally at home in horror and romance genres; his later work includes art for Acclaim, Caliber and Hamster Press.
