As Prefect Beauregard tries to regain control of the city in chaos, another anomaly transforms Duroc into Melta, a vaporous monster bent on destroying the city... "Reminiscent of the cyberpunk effervescence of Darick Robertson's art for Transmetropolitan...Each panel is rich with detail" - Starburst "Unlike anything else I've read this year. Science fiction meets superheroics in a slightly broken utopia. Absolutely brillliant." - SciFi Now
