Author Biography

Richard North Patterson's eleven novels include the international bestsellers Degree of Guilt, Eyes of a Child, The Final Judgment, Silent Witness, No Safe Place and Dark Lady. His novels have won the Edgar Allan Poe Award and the Grand prix de Litterature Policiere. A graduateof Ohio Wesleyan University and the case Western Reserve School of Law, he studies creative writing with Jesse Hill Ford at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He and his wife, Laurie, Live with their family in San Francisco and on Martha's Vineyard
