Description

His innovative programs have been featured on Sixty Minutes on two separate segments: its innovative first in the nation Victim Restitution Program (moderated by Dan Rather) and its model Domestic Abuse Program that was the stimulus for the Violence Against Women Act (moderated by Ed Bradley). Judge Kramer has published numerous articles and Op-Ed pieces regarding court reform.
