Description
"You cannot control who falls in love with who... Love is the only uncontrollable factor." Adrian Bennett loves two women. Lilah Winston, the love of his life and Lorelei Anastasio, his childhood sweetheart. His obligation to both consumes his thoughts and tears at his heartstrings. While Lorelei anticipates the birth of her and Adrian's baby Lilah grapples with the relationship Adrian has with her. Lilah is expecting a baby of her own and can't imagine being a mother without Adrian by her side. When an agonizing tragedy occurs in Woodlawn Adrian is not there to comfort Lilah and his guilt causes him to question all his past decisions. These two worlds are about to collide but just when Adrian thinks he may have everything under control an innocent Christmas dinner turns into a terrible accident. While Isabel is intent on reconstructing her relationship with her ex-husband Tom their son Isaac is only thinking about one thing: Adrian's sister, Tiffany. Matt is completely infatuated with Eden and Vonnie just discovered Hunter is in love with her. Michael is in love, too, but he has another impending dilemma on his mind. As secrets and Spirits circle their worlds, there is only one thing they all know for certain, and it is that the most important thing in life are the people you love. What you do to save them is up to you.
Author Biography
Renay Jordan was born in Virginia and grew up in a small town outside of Richmond. Along with her best friend, Melanie, they raised their nine now grown children the best way they knew how. A lot of love, a lot of laughter and a few wild parties when they momentarily gave up. The Pages In Between series was written and based on their true-life experiences during their children's teenage years which initially embarrassed everyone but has since bonded their family. Ms. Jordan now lives in the museum district of downtown Richmond with her cats, Marilyn Lisa, and Mabel. She and Melanie still celebrate Happy Hour together when their crazy schedules allow it. Every now and then they invite their kids.
