Description

A generous new selection from the only poet to have won the prestigious Forward Prize twice Sean O'Brien is one of England's best and most established poets. With COUSIN COAT, O'Brien aficionados will be grateful to have so much of the early work available again, while new converts will be delighted to find that O'Brien's scabrous wit and lyric assurance were just sharp at the outset of his career as they are now. For those as yet unacquainted with his work, this new selection will provide an excellent introduction to one of the finest English poets of the last fifty years.
