Broken Heart Mosaics is a hyper personal bilingual collection of poems dealing with love and loss, death and grieving, sexuality and society, survival and recovery. It is a reflection of many moments I held onto as I recovered from childhood trauma, dedicated to all the loved and lost, and those I crossed paths with as I glued back together a broken heart. I hope I may evoke in all of you who choose to read this collection, the same roller coaster of emotions that overpowered me as I wrote them.

Alma lives in Massachusetts with her loving husband and two spirited children. She spends her days reveling in the chaos of her babes, writing, reading, and balancing other obligations, as many mothers do.EditorArtist
