Author Biography
Jinks McGrath is a British designer and jeweller with a special interest in enamelling. She trained in England at the Berkshire College of Art and Design and takes commissions via her website: www.jinksmcgrath.com. Her work has been exhibited around the world and in inspired by a number of visits to India, Thailand and Africa where she has watched and worked alongside local craftsmen. As well as running jewellery-making courses, she also gives lectures on jewellery and enamelling. She is the author of several jewellery titles including The Rings Book, The Jeweller's Directory of Decorative Finishes, First Steps in Enamelling, The Encyclopedia of Jewellery Making Techniques and Jewellery Making: A Complete Guide for Beginners.
