Author Biography

As a child, Chizu Takuma learned the art of macrame from her mother. Chizu rediscovered her love for macrame in her mid 20s and has been working as a fibber artist ever since. She is a lecturer at the Japan Macrame Promotion Association and regularly holds macrame workshops in Japan. Chizu enjoys making macrame projects alongside her mother, sister, daughter, and son. She lives in Nara, Japan.
