Description

This is an interpretation of the recent and decisive transformations of Milan and its surrounding territory with a focus on the Expo area, including the international pavilions, clusters, and service structures. The volume offers a selection of architectural interventions that have transformed the city, in addition to the projects characterized by the relevant role they play in culture (the new location of the Fondazione Prada, the Fondazione Feltrinelli, the Museo delle culture all'ex Ansaldo...). Also included are updated critical entries accompanied by plans, spectacular images, and the contributions of some of the most famous names in Italian architectural culture.
