Author Biography
Heinke Nied is a one-line artist, an illustrator, an author, and a lecturer. Since 2017, she has taught courses and workshops on writing, drawing, and painting. In 2020, she discovered her great passion of one-line art. Since then, she draws everything with one continuous line and especially likes to combine her motifs with watercolor or lettering. Heinke considers it her mission to make this art form accessible to all people through simple instructions. She also creates digital illustrations for clients, as well as portraits using digital and watercolor tools. Heinke is the author of Color in Reverse: Watercolor Florals and 15-Minute Drawing: One-Line Drawing, both from Walter Foster Publishing.
