Description
A visually led cookbook with recipes for 225 easy, attractive appetizers, presented in 75 triads with each set made up of one primary recipe and two spin-off recipes. Every recipe photographed. In addition, there is a chapter of approximately 60 building block recipes for items (toasted nuts, vinaigrettes, sauces, etc.) used in the appetizer recipes. Icons in the TOC designate recipes that are make-ahead, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
Author Biography
Kiera and Cole are the proprietors of C + K Photography, a wedding and family photography business based in Boston that shoots events on both coasts, as well as in locales as far flung as Kauai and Tuscany to Paris. Kiera, from Manhasset, Long Island, holds a degree in business management and is a professional baker and stylist in addition to co-producing for their photography business. A Berkeley native, Cole graduated with a fine arts degree from University of San Francisco. Kiera also maintains her blog and custom-order baking business at sweetkeira.com.
