Author Biography
Chef Natalie Norman has always loved the culinary arts, a talent she inherited from her grandmother, who already owned a cafe. While Chef Natalie initially went to college for medical billing, she quickly decided that she had to pursue what she was naturally gifted at and loved. She knew the work would be hard, but she felt she couldn't lose -- she knew her daughter Keierah, her Princess was depending on her. Armed with determination and passion, she went on and enrolled at the Art Institute of Houston. Chef Natalie was an honor graduate with a degree in culinary arts. She met her business partner Chef Blyth Steele at Orientation and they have been friends ever since. Chef Natalie has worked at restaurant services and catering in and around the Houston area. Both in nutrients and taste, Chef Natalie has always been and still is excited about the goodness of food. Chef Blyth Steele, being a native from New Orleans, has always loved the culinary arts, where good food and great fun originated. While Chef Blyth initially worked in the corporate world, she switched to culinary because of her love for cooking for her family. With hard work and determination, she knew she could prove to herself that she could accomplish great things. Being a newly single mom, she went on and enrolled at the Art Institute of Houston. Chef Blyth was an honor graduate with a degree in culinary arts. She met her business partner Chef Natalie Norman at Orientation and they have been friends ever since. Chef Blyth has worked at serval restaurant services and catering in and around the Houston area. Both in nutrients and taste, Chef Blyth has always been and still is excited about the goodness of food.
