Author Biography

Susan Carol Hauser's fifteen books include natural histories as well as poetry and essay collections, including Wild Rice Cooking: History, Natural History, Harvesting, and Lore, with Recipes and Instructions. Her awards include a McKnight-Loft Fellowship in Poetry, a Jerome Foundation Travel and St
