Author Biography
Marlena Spieler has authored over 50 cookbooks published worldwide and has written for various publications including Bon Appetit and Saveur. She has won the AFJ Prize twice for her food column "The Roving Feast", is a three-time James Beard nominee and winner of the World Gourmand Book Award. Marlena has lived in Israel, Crete, London and Paris. She is the leading European authority on the cuisine of Mexico (6 titles), is a resident food critic on LBC radio and has had extensive television chef appearances on BBC Television. She currently lives in Hampshire, England.
