Stacy Adimando is a James Beard award winning cookbook author and executive editor of Saveur magazine. Stacy is the former food editor at Every Day with Rachael Ray and former recipes editor at Food Network Magazine. She has written for a variety of food, travel and lifestyle publications including Bon Appetit, Forbes, Food & Wine, Vogue, NPR, Epicurious, Conde Nast Traveler, SELF, Gastronomica, Dr. Oz's The Good Life, Details, Men's Journal, TastingTable.com, Vegetarian Times, and many more. Stacy is the author of several cookbooks, including Around the Fire (Ten Speed Press 2016) and Nopalito (Ten Speed Press 2017).
