Surfing the Menu Again follows celebrity chefs Ben O'Donoghue and Curtis Stone on their second cooking tour of Australia.
Author Biography
Ben O'Donoghue has cooked at Sydney's GoodFellas, London's River Cafe and Monte's, and most recently is head chef at the famous Atlantic Bar and Grill in central London. Among numerous television appearances have been the two highly successful series, The Best and Surfing the Menu. He has contributed to Jamie Oliver's cookbooks and the books The Best and Surfing the Menu. Curtis Stone trained in Melbourne and, on moving to London, found himself working with Marco Pierre White. He was head chef at Mirabelle and Quo Vadis and has worked as Executive Chef at Terence Conran's Bluebird in Chelsea. From Surfing the Menu he went on to compere the Seven network's My Restaurant Rules.
