Author Biography

Laura Washburn was born in Los Angeles, trained at the prestigious Paris cooking school, Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne and is now based in London. She has has recently acquired an MSc in Food Policy and works as a Community Nutrition Advisor and cookery teacher. For Ryland Peters & Small, she has written Cooking with Apples & Pears, The French Country Table, and Home-cooked Comforts.
