Author Biography
Amy Sheppard is a busy mum of two boys, living in Buckinghamshire. Amy grew up in Cornwall and was taught to cook by her mum. There was never very much money, so the key was cooking great food on a budget, clever meal planning and using up leftovers. Amy has continued cooking in this tradition, developing her own recipes to feed her growing family. Her first book, The Savvy Shopper's Cookbook, was written with busy people in mind, and this, her second book, continues that principle, offering simple, delicious meals that don't cost the earth. @amysheppardfood
