Author Biography
Audrey Johns is the author of Lose Weight by Eating (William Morrow, 2016), Lose Weight by Eating: Detox Week (William Morrow, 2017), and Lose Weight with Your Instant Pot. After losing 150 pounds in 11 months, Audrey Johns started the blog Lose Weight by Eating.com, which has helped thousands of people. Her story has been featured on CBS's The Doctors, The Rachael Ray Show, and The 700 Club and on the cover of Woman's World and Indulge magazine, and she was a chef contestant on the second season of ABC's The Taste. She was named ambassador for Myxx Recipes, a meal planning and grocery shopping service, where she shares exclusive recipes from her Lose Weight by Eating cookbooks. She lives in Boise, Idaho.
