George Calombaris is one of Australia's top chefs, and undoubtedly its most recognised one. Since 2009 he has been a much-loved judge on MasterChef Australia, the country's highest rating television show and an international sensation. George's hospitality group, MAdE Establishment, comprises twenty restaurants offering his signature Greek cuisine across premium to casual dining, with The Press Club, Hellenic Republic, Gazi, Jimmy Grants and Yo-Chi. George's high regard in the media and hospitality industries is recognised in his lengthy history of accolades - reflective of his absolute passion for food.
