Author Biography
Chris Bavin is a judge on "Britain's Best Home Cook", co-presents the hugely popular "Eat Well for Less?" and presents "Food- Truth or Scare"; "The Truth About Meat"; "Tomorrow's Food"; and "The Truth about Obesity". He is much-loved for his easy, healthy and tasty cooking - the ideal person to teach the nation how to ditch their expensive takeaways and still enjoy their favourite dishes made at home. As well as his busy TV career, Chris runs a fruit and veg box delivery service, hosts cookery demonstrations and gives educational talks to children to pass on his passion for good food. He is also the family cook.
