Author Biography
Roz Purcell is a bestselling cookery author and a Natural Born Feeder. A country girl from Tipperary, Roz first came to prominence when she won Miss Universe Ireland, but it wasn't until she quit modelling and launched her hugely popular food blog, Natural Born Feeder, that her career in recipe creation took off. She gained a deeper understanding of what she should be eating pre- and post-workout, and began posting her recipes and workout tips on her website, quickly realising that there was huge demand for the kind of knowledge and inspiration she could offer. Her childhood on her parents' farm - surrounded by nature and forever in the kitchen with her grandmother, cooking with local ingredients - still underpins her approach to her health- balancing cooking and exercising has never been a chore, it's just a way of life. Roz has previously published two books, Natural Born Feeder and Half Hour Hero.
